Services We Provide
We provide artificial grass installation services for residential and commercial properties in Frederick, MD and surrounding areas. This includes site preparation, turf installation, and related services as outlined in your service agreement.
Each project is unique, and specific terms will be provided in your written estimate and contract. The estimate becomes binding only when both parties sign the service agreement.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Pricing may change due to material cost fluctuations or changes to the project scope. We'll always discuss any price changes with you before proceeding.
A deposit may be required before work begins. Payment terms will be clearly stated in your service agreement.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated completion dates based on current schedules and typical weather conditions. While we strive to meet these dates, unforeseen circumstances like severe weather, material delays, or site conditions may affect the timeline.
We'll keep you informed of any schedule changes and work to complete your project as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
Warranties
Our workmanship is guaranteed for the period specified in your service agreement. Artificial grass products come with manufacturer warranties that vary by product. We'll provide full warranty information when you select your turf.
Warranties don't cover damage from misuse, lack of reasonable maintenance, or alterations by other parties.
Your Responsibilities
You're responsible for providing clear access to the work area, marking any underground utilities, and informing us of any site conditions that might affect installation. This includes sprinkler systems, drainage issues, or property line considerations.
You'll also need to maintain your artificial grass according to the care instructions we provide to keep warranties valid.
Changes to Projects
If you want to make changes to your project after work has started, we'll provide a written change order with any additional costs or timeline impacts. Changes become part of the contract once both parties sign the change order.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your project before work begins with written notice. If materials have already been ordered or work has started, you'll be responsible for costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
We carry appropriate insurance for our work. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We're not responsible for indirect damages or losses beyond our direct control.
Dispute Resolution
If any issues arise, we'll work directly with you to find a fair solution. Any disputes that can't be resolved through discussion will be handled according to Maryland state law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website with the last updated date. Your service agreement will reference the terms in effect at the time of signing.
